Our buy list is available at TCGbuyer.com. This tool helps us provide you with an offer to purchase your cards. Please note that the prices listed are for guidance only and do not constitute a binding offer. After you finalize your cart, you will be asked to provide contact details and a preferred payment method.
When you ship your cards to us, we assume responsibility for them only once they arrive at our location. Before that, it is your responsibility to ensure their safe delivery. We recommend choosing a postal service with adequate insurance and securely packaging your cards.
Upon receiving your cards, we will review them and may accept or reject them at our discretion. If we accept your cards, we will pay you the offer amount indicated in the buy list, using your chosen payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction is complete.
Sometimes we may need to adjust the total amount or reject your cards. The buy list does not provide a binding offer, and the final offer is only made once we have inspected your cards. If there are any discrepancies, we will contact you with an updated offer or arrange to return your cards if you decline the revised offer.
To ensure a smooth and manageable transaction process, TCG Buyer enforces a basket total limit of £1,000 per order. If your collection exceeds this amount, you will need to create multiple orders to accommodate the total value of your cards. This policy is designed to help us efficiently process and manage orders, ensuring that all transactions are handled with the utmost care and attention.
When placing an order through our buy list, please ensure that the total value of your basket does not exceed £1,000. Should you wish to sell more than £1,000 worth of cards, we kindly ask that you divide your items into separate orders, each not exceeding the £1,000 limit. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy to help us serve you better.
You can contact us, or we may contact you, through various methods including our email, WhatsApp, or in person. The same Terms of Service apply regardless of the communication method used.
To make an offer, we need sufficient information about your cards, which can be provided via a written list, photographs, or a call. If necessary, we may request to inspect the cards in person or ask you to ship them to us. Any offer made before seeing the cards in person is not binding and can be withdrawn at any time before the transaction is completed.
Before we can purchase your cards, we need to receive them either at our office or meet you in person. If you choose to ship the cards, it is your responsibility to ensure their safe delivery, including selecting a reputable courier and obtaining adequate insurance. We can offer advice on how to package your cards, but ultimately, you are responsible for any damage incurred during transit.
Once we receive your cards, we usually process them on the same day. For large collections or during busy periods, processing may take up to 72 hours. We reserve the right to reject your cards if they significantly differ from what we expected. If any issues arise, such as differences in card condition or authenticity, we will communicate with you to resolve them.
After inspecting your cards, we will make a binding offer. If you accept, you will be asked to fill out our payment form, where you can select your preferred payment method. Most payments are processed within a few hours of receiving the completed form.
Our payment form requires you to confirm that the cards are your property and that you agree to these Terms of Service. The information you provide, including your name, address, bank details, and email, is used solely for completing the purchase. We may also use this information to comply with legal obligations, but it will not be used for advertising or shared for commercial purposes.
